Who we are
Campelo Sá Leading Innovation is a garment manufacturer based at Rua da Ponte, Fragoso, Portugal. We develop and produce private label clothing for brands. This page explains what happens to the personal information you send us through this website, and who to contact about it: geral@campelosa.pt.
What we collect
We only receive personal information when you choose to send it. The enquiry form on this site asks for your name, your email address, your company and a message about the project you have in mind. If you paste a link to technical files, we receive that link and whatever it points to. Our website and email providers also record basic technical information, such as the address your connection comes from, in order to serve the site and answer you reliably.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, to discuss your project and, if it moves ahead, to prepare a quotation and carry out the work. We do not sell your information and we do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask for. Where a legal basis has to be named: we process your information because you asked us to reply to you, because we have a legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and, once a project is agreed, in order to carry out our contract with you.
Who else sees it
Only the people at Campelo Sá who need to, in order to reply to you, together with the service providers that keep this website and our email running. We do not pass your information to other companies for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a project are kept only as long as needed to answer you and to hold a record of the conversation. Records relating to projects we carry out are kept for the periods required for accounting and legal purposes in Portugal.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation you can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to limit how it is used, object to how it is used, and ask us to hand it to you in a portable form.
Write to geral@campelosa.pt and we will answer within one month. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the CNPD (Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados).
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect what you send us. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive personal information through the form.
